Justin Bieber is on the cover of the most recent issue of Rolling Stone magazine. This marks Justin second time covering the magazine.
Rolling Stone has also released a new behind the scenes video from Justin’s shoot. In the video, Justin thanks Rolling Stone for giving him the chance to be on the cover again. We will update when more is released tomorrow, July 18.
