More Information on the Possible Wedding in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Released
Yesterday, December 27, we posted a new image of Emma Watson from Disney’s live action Beauty and the Beast. The image featured Emma in a white dress with flowers on it, which many fans speculated could be a wedding dress, well now we have a little more information on it.
Merchandise for the movie has begun being released at local Toys R Us’ and one lucky fan managed to nab the above photo of the new Beast and Belle dolls rocking their “Royal Celebration” outfits.
We know at the end of the animated movie, Belle and Beast are seen dancing in the castle’s ballroom, but their is no marriage scene. This dress could be from that scene in the live action movie. This does not mean their won’t be a wedding scene, but as of right now these outfits are being considered their royal celebration outfits.
When Disney was promoting their live action Cinderella movie, the dolls of Prince Charming and Cinderella in their wedding attire were being advertised as their “Wedding Day” outfits.
Thus, the outfits could very well indeed be just royal celebration outfits or they are trying to not spoil a possible wedding in the movie, so they are telling us they are those outfits. I am leaning more towards just a celebration, but we shall see.
