MSN.com has come out with their list of the 10 Best Dressed Under 25 and a few of our favs made the list.
Kristen Stewart, Miranda Cosgrove, Emma Roberts, Dakota Fanning, Leighton Meester, Blake Lively, and Taylor Swift are just some of the names that made the list.
Definitely think that there are a few names I would replace on this list, not gonna lie. Overall, it is pretty spot on though.
