Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in Los Angeles today, February 3!
Miley has just return from New Orleans where she was filming her new movie So Undercover!
It is nice to see Miley back in L.A. and I love how she just stopped to let the paps get a picture of her, so they do not have to keep following all day.
People.com is also reporting that Miley’s 5th tattoo is a dream catcher. A source told People that, ‘”It’s a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters,”‘.
