Miley Cyrus was seen taking her puppy out today, February 8 and encountered a couple of paps waiting for her.
Miley is apparently attending the premiere of Justin Bieber’s new movie Never Say Never tonight!
Miley was also announced as a presenter at this weekends Grammy Awards.
The Grammy Awards will be on this Sunday, February 13 on CBS!
