Ashley Tisdale was spotted out shopping with her mom today, March 1 in LA!

The Hellcats cutie spent the day shopping with her mom, attending some business meetings, and recording her show Phineas and Ferb!

I am unsure if I like her outfit. Her skirt really does not go with her shirt or that vest, but I do love her shoes!
