Zac Efron could have another movie in the works much sooner than expected! The action/romance tentatively titled, The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman, will be directed by Frederik Bond.
The film is being written as a star vehicle for Zac by Matt Drake. Zac will play a young man who goes to Eastern Europe to “find himself” and instead falls in love.
However, the young woman he falls for has a troubled ex in her past and Zac’s character must endure, “one bruising beatdown after another in order to woo the girl he loves and achieve salvation”.
Sounds pretty interesting. Would you like to see Zac in a more physical role?
