Vanessa Hudgens opened up to Shape magazine about her split from longtime boyfriend, Zac Efron. According to Vanessa the long-distance was too hard, she said, “When you don’t have face-to-face time, it’s just different. Having an iPhone helped, but it wasn’t the same”.
Vanessa also shared that the relationship was “a good thing. The relationship kept me grounded, and because I was with someone who knew me so well, I didn’t need to try to be someone I’m not”.
She said that the couple grew up together and “It was nice to have someone to share all of those experiences with”.
I do miss them as a couple since they were so cute but it seems like Vanessa is doing just fine being single. I’m glad they’re still friends though.
