A new promo picture of Miley Cyrus from her upcoming Gypsy Heart Tour had been released.

Miley, who has recently re-joined twitter (@gypsyhearttour), has been hard at work rehearsing for her new tour. Miley will be kicking off her tour in just a few weeks down in South America.
