Justin Bieber was spotted out in Tel Aviv, Israel, today April 12.

Justin, who is set to perform in Israel on the 14th, has been in a tizzy on Twitter lately, ranting about the paparazzi and politics.

Justin seems to be quite upset over the fact that the paps took pictures of him while he was praying at a holy place and frustrated over the fact that the Prime Minster, Benjamin Netanyahu, canceled their appearance due to the fact that Justin said he could not meet up with the children effected by the Gaza rocket fire.

I definitly agree with Justin’s reason for being angry with the press, but not with the Prime Minister. I’m sure the Prime Minister had a good reason for the cancellation.
