Miley Cyrus was spotted out grabbing lunch with her momma and Noah today, April 26, in Los Angeles.

Miley has been uber busy these past couple of weeks getting ready for her Gypsy Heart tour, which begins this Friday, April 29, in Ecuador!

Loving Miley’s outfit! Also, love how she wears pieces of clothing/accessories more than once! BTW, the fact that Tish and Noah match is too cute!
