Miley Cyrus surprised the children at the Kids Kicking Cancer in Michigan last week! She was in Michigan visitng her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth on set of his new film.
The smiles on these kids faces seeing her are making tears come to my eyes. What a nice thing Miley did for these kids!
Also, can I just say how cute the picture of Miley and the young girl dancing is!! It brings a smile to my face!
