A brand new promo for The Hunger Games footage set to be shown at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards this coming Sunday, August 28, was released by Entertainment Weekly.

Even though we only get to see a second of the footage that is set to be released we can clearly see that the footage is going to be a tad bit heart pounding.
