Justin Bieber was spotted in Avondale Estates, Georgia yesterday, September 5.
The “Baby” singer was down South to film a public service announcement urging people to not text while driving. In between shots for the commercial, Justin took some time to chat with fans, sign autographs, and pose for a couple pictures.
I bet those fans were in for a surprise when they spotted Justin in their hometown!
