The Way You Look

Taylor Lautner recently sat down with LA Times to discuss his upcoming movie, Abduction, Breaking Dawn, and so much more.

On wanting to begin a career in acting: My parents were like, ‘OK, well, if you want to do this, we can’t do it from Michigan. We have to live in Los Angeles.’ I didn’t even think that was an option at the time. I still don’t know what they saw or why they did it, but today I can’t thank them enough for that risk they took.”

On dishing out $200,000 for his 2012 SLS AMG Mercedes-Benz: “It took me a long time to decide to get it, but it’s an amazing car. I definitely don’t drive it much. It’s kind of, like, stored away,”

On being nervous when he presented at the Oscars: “I think it was just the fact that I was up there on this stage, talking to people that I’ve looked up to my entire life. I’m talking and presenting something and then, out of the corner of my eye, there’s Leo [DiCaprio] and then there’s George Clooney. It was tough for me to handle the situation.”
