Billboard Music has announced their annual, 21 Under 21, and some of our favorite artists made this year’s list.
Kicking off the list at #21 is Miss Miley Cyrus, while British boy band, One Direction, takes the #19 spot. YouTube sensation Greyson Chance grabs the #15 spot, while “Whip My Hair” singer Willow Smith comes in next at #14.
Everyone’s favorite Aussie singer, Cody Simpson nabbed the #13 spot, while Victorious‘ Victoria Justice kicks off the top 10 at #10. Nick Jonas managed to get a spot on the list at #8, while friend and fellow Camp Rock costar, Demi Lovato, came in #7. American Idol winner, Scotty McCreery, earned #4, while “Naturally” singer Selena Gomez ranked #3.
#1 spot went to Justin Bieber, which is honestly no surprise to anyone. To check out the full list be sure to click the link below.
Personally, I think there are a few names missing on this list and a few names who should be ranked higher/lower.
