Not to Give Up
Miley Cyrus is currently in Haiti with the Starkey Hearing foundation where she is helping to open a new school and to fit several children with hearing devices. This is her second trip to the country.
Miley was accompanied by a whole gaggle of her pals including her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Miley also met the president of Haiti, Michael Martelly.
This trip is the one Miley bid on at the Starkey Hearing gala over the summer. This is so awesome that she essentially financed her trip and brought along so many of her friends.
