Justin Bieber appeared on his balcony at the Hotel Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro today, October 5. Justin was there to greet all his fans who had crowded outside the hotel hoping to catch a glimpse of him.
Justin is currently on his My World tour in South America. He was recently joined on tour by his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
