Justin Bieber was in Lima, Peru yesterday, October 17, and was greeted with quite the sight when he arrived and left his hotel there.

Hundreds of fans waited outside the “Baby” singers hotel while security and police guards tried to keep the masses at bay, but from the video they really didn’t.
