U Smile

Justin Bieber stopped by a children’s hospital this past Tuesday, October 25, and met with some of the patients and their families.

Justin visited with the patients and even sang a couple of his song for the patients like “Baby” and “Mistletoe”.

These kids looked so happy to see him and I love the little boy singing “U Smile”. He is too cute!
