The young star, who spent her Halloween in Salem, Massachusetts, donned a gorgeous royal blue Donna Karan dress for tonight’s event. Ashley. along with other stars like Delta Goodrem and Fergie, is set to present an award to the Editor in Chief of Glamour magazine, Cindi Leive.
