Justin Bieber was spotted outside the Late Show With David Letterman at the Ed Sullivan Theater today, November 22,in New York City. He is busy promoting his holiday album, Under the Mistletoe.

Justin will also be on The View tomorrow morning. And he attended Taylor Swift’s concert at Madison Square Garden this evening.
