In honor of Miley Cyrus’ 19th birthday, the young star and Rock Mafia have released a remix of Miley’s hit “Liberty Walk” from her most recent album, Can’t Be Tamed.

Miley and Rock Mafia have been teasing fans for the past 24 hours about a surprise that would be released at 11:23pm on Miley’s birthday, which was today November 23 and what a surprise it was.
