Taylor Swift was spotted heading into Capitale in New York City today, December 2, for the Billboard Women in Music Awards.

Taylor was named Billboard‘s Woman of the Year earlier this fall and tonight is being honored at the award show.

I love her hair and her dress is so pretty. She looks great!
