Just Might Make Me Believe

Justin Bieber attended the NRJ Music Awards this evening, January 28, at the Palais des Festivals et des Congres in Cannes, France.

Justin opted to go with a blue jacket and ill-fitting pants for the event. I got to be honest, his outfit is a bit of a mess. I do like his shoes though.
