Justin Bieber has teamed up with PhoneGuard to prevent people from texting while driving. He filmed the Public Service Announcement to bring awareness to dangers of texting while driving.

PhoneGuard Drive Safe is a simple way to keep yourself, and others safe, while on the road. Downloading the application to your cell phone will then prevent a person from accessing their phone when the car is going above 10mph.

This is a very important topic for Justin to lend his voice to. Although, I definitely could have done without all the screaming, it was a bit hard to hear him.
