Billboard has released “The 35 Best BBMA Moments Ever” and Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have made the list.

Justin and Selena made the list for their “…first major PDA moment in front of the cameras at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards.”

Justin will be performing at this year’s Billboard Music Awards, so hopefully we will get another great moment out of him!
