Demi Lovato is headed to New York City to participate in the FOX Upfronts! TMZ is reporting Demi has signed on to be the fourth judge for The X Factor.

She’ll be joined by Britney Spears at the upfronts and on the judging panel. And TMZ claims their source told them Demi’s schedule will not interfere with her tour.

Very excited to see her be the fourth judge!
