Miley Cyrus was spotted leaving her Miami hotel with her mom and sister Brandi today, May 17.

Miley was seen outside her hotel meeting fans who were waiting outside and taking pictures/signing autographs for them.

Hope Miley is having fun in Miami. I am going to guess she will be back in Los Angeles soon because she is presenting at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards this Sunday, May 20!
