Justin Bieber spent some time with Mike Tyson last week working out on a punching bag and getting some boxing lessons from the sport icon.

According to TMZ.com, Justin is now a suspect in a criminal battery case. A photographer filed a police report and “Cops are investigating the incident as a misdemeanor battery”.

Apparently after the altercation, witnesses say a lawyer approached the injured paparazzo and advised him to file the report because he could get a lot of money out of the situation.

Witnesses also say the pap was blocking Justin’s van and the incident started when Justin got out to ask him to move.
