Justin Bieber took to a balcony at Universal Records in Paris today, June 1, to greet his waiting fans.

Justin hit the balcony with a megaphone, and a guitar player and performed a couple of songs for the fans. I am going to guess since it was being filmed it will be a part of the special airing on June 21.

The girls most have gone nuts. They got a free concert from Justin, I mean what better way to spend your day!
