Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in New Orleans this afternoon, June 8. Miley is in town to spend time with her fiancée, Liam Hemsworth.

Miley, who is wearing a very interesting floral jumper, was seen hanging out with a friend, while her soon to be husband was off filming for his new film, Empire State.
