Victoria Justice attended a signing for the Victorious 2.0 soundtrack at the Hard Rock Café at Universal City Walk in Hollywood last night, June 11.

Victoria was there to meet her fans and sign her new album which features her current single, “Make It In America”. I love her mustache shirt and how bright her outfit is!
