Justin Bieber was a guest on The View this morning, June 19, in New York City. Justin was on the show to promote his new album, Believe.

While on the show, Justin spoke about his new album, touring, how he has matured, and so much more. Justin also performed two hits from this new album, “Boyfriend” and “Die In Your Arms”.

Also, while at his signing in New York City today, Justin received a proclamation from the City of New York honoring today as “Justin Bieber J&R Day”! UPDATE: Check out a video of Justin receiving his honor below the jump!
