Miley Cyrus grabbed an icy drink to go while out with friends today, June 21, in West Hollywood. The singer was seen leaving Starbucks and heading to her sweet ride.

It looks as if Miley is on a one woman mission to bring back the nineties! She, once again, rocked a midriff baring top and this time paired her look with some interesting platform shoes.

She seriously cracks me up! Miley looks great though!
