Justin Bieber has decided to file a complaint against one of the paparazzi that was involved in the incident that happened last week. Justin was cited for speeding on a Los Angeles Freeway after trying to avoid the paparazzi that were chasing him.
According to TMZ, “Justin has filed a harassment complaint, claiming the guy was a maniac on the road … and put several lives in danger.” This same pap was spotted later on that day at Justin’s music video shoot, when police showed up to take Justin’s statement.
I seriously will never understand the mindset of the paparazzi.
