Tells Me Not to Give Up

Miley Cyrus recently added another tattoo to her growing collection. Her new ink is a Theodore Roosevelt quote on the inner part of her left arm.

The quote reads “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat” from Roosevelt’s Citizenship in a Republic speech.

I wonder what prompted her to get that particular quote but I like it.
