Justin Bieber greeted fans in Melbourne today, July 14. This is the third major stop on his worldwide promotional tour for his album, Believe.

Justin, who was dining with Selena Gomez early, took some time after finishing up to head outside to the awaiting fans. Justin and Selena will soon be heading back to the US to attend the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, July 23.
