Miranda Cosgrove was spotted on her cellphone at the Grove today, July 16, in Los Angeles. Miranda was seen walking around the outdoor shopping mall chatting up on her phone.

The iCarly star just arrived back from Florida where she took the stage for Universal Studios Orlando’s Summer Concert series. She performed for the park attendees on Saturday, July 14.
