Miley Cyrus was spotted taking Ziggy for a walk in Philadelphia today, July 18. Miley is in town to keep her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, company while he films Paranoia.

Soon Miley will be hopping back on a flight to Los Angeles where she will be attending the 2012 Teen Choice Awards. Miley is up for a couple of nominations so make sure you keep voting!
