Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were spotted running a few errands in Philadelphia today, July 19. The young couple was swarmed by fans as they made their way out of a local CVS.

Miley will soon head back to Los Angeles to make an appearance at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, July 22. Liam, on the other hand, will remain in Philly to continue filming on his new film Paranoia.

Miley sure does love wearing jumpsuits.
