Didn’t Bother To Cry

Miley Cyrus was seen walking around the set of Paranoia today, July 21, in Philidelphia. She was joined by her dog Ziggy.

Miley, who is in Philly to keep her boy, Liam Hemsworth, company, had been confirmed to be attending the 2012 Teen Choice Awards tomorrow, July 22. However, rumors have been circulating all day that the young star will not be in attendance.

Unfortunately, we will probably not know whether Miley will attend until showtime. We will keep you informed as we learn more.
