Kelly Rowland talked to MTV about upcoming USA X Factor judges Demi Lovato and Britney Spears. Kelly gave the girls some advice on judging the show.

Kelly said, “I’ll let them know it’s a lot of work. It is a lot of work, but it was definitely a great process.” She also says, “…Take it one day at a time. It’s a lot of work, but it’s a lot of fun,”.
