Miley Cyrus was spotted walking her dog Happy today, August 7, in Philadelphia. Miley is in the City of Brotherly love to spend time with fiance Liam Hemsworth while he films his new movie Paranoia.

Miley seemed to be in good spirits as she and Happy made their way to set with a drink from Starbucks and a security guard in tow.

I really like Miley’s outfit. Not a big fan of the shoes, but I absolutely love everything else.
