One Direction has set a new record. Their brand new single, “Live While We’re Young” has become “the fastest selling pre-order single in history.”!

The song was released for preorder last night on iTunes and has already hit #1 in 40 countries. The song is not set to be released until September 30.

We will hear the song for the first time on September 6 when the boys perform it at the 2012 MTV Music Awards.
