Justin Bieber met with some lucky fans in Los Angeles yesterday, August 28. Justin is currently rehearsing for his upcoming tour starting in September.
Justin, who will also be a mentor on the X-Factor, took sometime to sign autographs and take pictures before heading home for the night. Justin will continue rehearsals for his show for a couple more weeks.
