One Direction has announced today, August 30, the title of their second album is indeed called, Take Me Home. The boys released a video announcing the news.

The boys also announced the album will be available to pre-order on iTunes this Monday, September 3, starting at midnight.

And, through out the day the boys will be tweeting pictures from the album! You can find the pictures revealed from the boys in our gallery!

The album will be released in November!
