Demi Lovato stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night, September 5, in New York City. Demi was on the show to talk about her new role as judge on the X Factor.

Demi is now on her way to Los Angeles where tonight, September 6, she will be perfmoring her hit single, “Give Your Heart A Break” at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards pre-show.

I can’t wait to see her performance tonight and I cannot wait to see what she wears!
