Just A Little Change
James Maslow has been cast in Nickelodeon’s new Nick at Nite show, See Dad Run. James is set to play Ricky, the sitcom son to TV dad David played by Scott Baio.
In the episode, “Scott’s character David, a former sitcom star, stages a reunion with his on-screen son Ricky (James) — but he quickly learns that Ricky isn’t the happy-go-lucky kid he remembers.”
James told HollywoodLife.com, “[Ricky] kind of let fame go to his head. He became a teen heartthrob after the TV show that he and Scott’s character were on before, and he’s a little bit cocky now. It’s a funny spin, and I’m really looking forward to doing it.”
