Miley Cyrus is no longer under investigation for allegedly punching a man in the face at Beacher’s Madhouse a week ago. The young star was reportedly being questioned for hitting a man after he bumped into her fiance, Liam Hemsworth’s chair.

The man reported to police that the young star had stepped between him and Liam to put a stop to the fight, but not before she took a swing of her own at him. However, according to TMZ, surveillance video from that night shows that Miley did try to put an end to the potential bar fight, but did not throw a punch.

I don’t understand why people feel the need to make up ridiculous accusations.
